1. Introduction & Scope

Pokom6 is one of Bangladesh's most trusted online betting platforms. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the pokom6 website, mobile application, and all associated services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on pokom6, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pokom6 under these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Verification

• Password (at least 8 characters, including one number and one special character)

Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Pokom6 follows a KYC process to ensure security and prevent money laundering. The following documents must be submitted for withdrawals above a specified amount:

3. Age Verification & Minor Protection

5. Betting Rules

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is placed and the event has started, it cannot be cancelled
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pokom6 reserves the right to void the affected bets
• In Live Betting, bets may be accepted or voided due to server delays
• Maximum winnings: ৳50,000 on a single bet and ৳2,00,000 on multiple bets

Odds Changes:

Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect existing bets. However, pokom6 reserves the right to restrict betting if arbitrage betting or any systematic method of exploiting odds is detected.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pokom6 bonus offers are open to all eligible members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving a bonus
• Sports Betting odds must be at least 1.50 to count toward wagering requirements
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.

Pokom6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or meeting wagering requirements through low-risk betting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pokom6. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Providing fraudulent or misleading information
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Using arbitrage betting or odds-matching systems
• Using bonuses solely to exploit offers
• Attempting to hack other users' accounts
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to attack or exploit vulnerabilities in pokom6's systems

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Pokom6 treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. We never sell your information to third parties. However, data may be shared where required by law or where necessary for security purposes.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Pokom6 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms
• Evidence of fraud detected
• Failing KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request

If there is a valid balance remaining before account closure, it will be returned once the withdrawal process is complete — subject to applicable conditions.
